Welcome to the NOR Bracelets page at the Immanuel Church, Highlands website.  We wish to thank everyone who purchases a NOR bracelet because, with your help, we will make a difference in New Orleans.  All of the proceeds from the NOR bracelets will go to the Episcopal Diocese of Louisiana and the Office of Disaster Response.  The Episcopal Diocese has been a strong presence in New Orleans from the first day of Hurricane Katrina and its valuable programs have helped thousands of displaced New Orleanians but the grant money the diocese has received is almost gone.
